What is the Ideal Fat Burning Treadmill Workout?

Dear Expert:

I have been walking on the treadmill for 40 minutes four to five times per week. In order to burn fat, is it better to walk at a faster pace with a lower incline or increase the incline and decrease the pace? Also, is 40 minutes enough time or should I increase my time, too? (more…)
